About Laura

Laura Hays has over 25 years of experience working with children from birth through age 18. She earned her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri–Columbia in December 2023. Laura joined the Child Development Lab community in 2015, serving as the Green and Blue Door Associate Teacher. She has been the Red Door Lead Teacher since June 2024.
