Erin Baker, MA
Child Development Associate Teacher, SR. - Red Door
Erin Angst Baker holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Missouri. She has been an early childhood educator for over 25 years, teaching in preschool, pre‑kindergarten, and before‑ and after‑school programs. Erin has also contributed to several grant‑funded projects, developing and delivering training for early childhood educators throughout the state of Missouri. Erin joined the Child Development Lab community in August 2025.
